Very clean. Extremely pleasant staff. Always acknowledged me. Comfortable bed. Very large decent tv Didn’t like My room mate had breakfast and wasn’t impressed for the price. Bathroom a tad steamy after a shower. The shower in room 12 was very hard to turn on and I couldn’t stand under it even at number 1 as it was too hot. Oh wait this is what did I like!!!!! Move this paragraph to the box below!

The hotel has recently been refurbished, and what a good job they have done.. they rooms were lovely, all beds new.. immaculately clean. Really local to the town, Lovely 'on the river' location Felt the car was safe in the carpark. Staff were just delightful.. The lovely Magda on the bar was so kind to my son, Teddy. He just adored her.. super friendly Ana on reception, made sure everything went smoothly with booking in, and went out her way to get our room ready for us when we turned up a little early. Being greeted with a nice friendly smile was just lovely.. Would highly recommend.. we'll be back for sure. Thank you.

Our roomwas immaculately clean and very spacious.The breakfast was was beautifully presented and lots of choice and the member of staff was very friendly.The restuarant also looked out on the thames .A real treat as it was unexpected. staff

The hotel is in a near-perfect location, close to centre of Staines but right on the river. There's a patio and restaurant overlooking the river, very scenic. The room was larger than I was expecting, with a very comfortable bed, and a desk. The shower was good with ample flow and temperature.

Very welcoming staff, helpful when booking in, I arrived late and made it to order food at the bar. I stayed overnight on the 28th, the person behind the bar was lovely and friendly, hope she gets to read this!! Very close to Heathrow so I could avoid morning traffic, about 15 mins from terminal 2 short stay

The area the hotel is based is very central to the high St and shopping centre also the bus station is a 3 minute walk away. The room is spacious and comfy for a couple, staying for a night or two.

The hotel was clean and airy , and the staff were very professional, friendly and attentive, a lady called Magdalena resolved my a/c issue with great dexterity and young Satyajeet on the front desk addressed all queries very efficiently indeed

All the staff were super friendly. The room was ever so comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your trip. 10/10. The brekkie was just fabulous, well worth the extra charge, the staff during this were a delight.
